Slice baquette in half and remove part of the bread inside, creating a small trough. Spread mustard on bottom and place sliced duck breast follwed by gruyere on top. Close the baguette, spread butter (or olive oil) over the top and bottom crust and heat in ssandwich press....wow this is good!
